Standard UK Delivery
Standard delivery usually takes between 2-3 working days* and costs just £2.99, and if you spend over £45 then delivery is free of charge.
 
Express UK Delivery
If you need a faster service, then you can take advantage of our express delivery which usually takes 1 working day* and costs just £5.99.

If you are in the below postcodes, your delivery may take 3-4 working days regardless of which delivery option you choose:
G, KY, FK, DD, PA, PH, AB, IV, KW & All BT postcodes.
 
Exemptions
All other Islands such as but not exclusively the Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and the Channel Islands will require a further small delivery charge, please contact us before you place your order.

Finally, if you'd prefer you can collect your item(s) from us here in Llandudno, North Wales.
We are open from Mon-Fri 10am-4pm and Saturday 10am – 4pm. Please bring a copy of your purchase invoice with you and 1 proof of I.D such as a Driving Licence or Bank Card.
 
Returns
All purchases can be returned if they are unused and in their original packaging within 14 days from the date of delivery.
 
Once they have been checked by our returns team, a full refund will be issued. All products purchased from Caravanalia must be returned to our main office address as per your invoice. Goods returned must be clearly labelled and have full documentation enclosed including the reason for return otherwise there may be delays in processing your refund.
 
All returning goods must be reported to the company via email or by calling 01492 870892 prior to returning. Goods returned without any notice will not be accepted.
 
Carriage charges are non-refundable unless goods are faulty or have a manufacturing defect. Should goods have a manufacturing defect our customer service team will arrange collection of the goods through our carrier. All other goods must be returned at the sender’s expense.
