Had Caravanalia carry out water ingress repairs on my MH after my dealership did a poor job. It is now several months since they did a great job. I can say this now because of all the heavy downpours we've had since. Thank you.

I had caravanalia out to my caravan on my seasonal pitch in towyn last week. I had a problem with the truma heat system. The engineer was prompt polite and professional , cannot fault him or his workmanship very pleased he even tightened a loose tap for me too. Highly recommend this company. 100%. Caravanalia did some work over winter for me , Replacement window seals and refit/ reseal the window hanger and the awning rail. We've been to the caravan 4 times since we were allowed ( mid April) and in that time we have had some heavy rain but the van is dry. Ian really pleased with the work they did, and considering it was all sorted by phone and txt due to 2nd lockdown the service was 1st class. Thanks David

After a sticky start, through no fault of Caravanalia Jules went out of her way rectify the situation even though it was not their fault. The service was excellent and delivery prompt. I will definitely use Caravanalia again.

when i opend my caravan this year (after nearly 2years because of lockdown). My kitchen tap was leaking badly and my water inlet was cracked. John the engineer has helped me before he is very good i booked a service and the two jobs as well. The weather couldn't have been worse hailstones and torrential rain, but like the trooper he is he worked through it he was knowledgeable clean and tidy whole job done in i think 3 hrs. if i could give six stars i would i recomend this very friendly place and will keep on using them. Thanks John.

Last wednesday we arrived on our site on Anglesey to find our fridge had passed away. I have seen this companies vans on site many times so i thought they must be dependable. I rang to see if they could help and was told there would be a van in our area the following day. Sure enough at just after 9 o'clock on thursday morning Dave, the engineer (nice man) was on our doorstep. As luck would have it he had the offending spare part on his van and a couple of hours later we were up and running!!. It doesn't get better than that!!. Would reccomend Caravanalia to anyone without fear of retribution!!. Well done and thanks.

There are times when you come across individuals and companies that just stand out from the crowd. Jon and his company Caravanalia is such a business. From the first point of contact, through to task completion I cannot recommend them enough. Jon sorted out my Truma heating problem out within record time as he knew I was needing the vehicle back quickly. Having been to his premises, he has an amazing well stocked shop with everything you’d need from awnings, chairs, batteries, through to basic things like pipe fittings, and so much more; and if he doesn’t stock it, he’ll get it for you! His workshop carry out extensive repairs on all sorts of things, from electrical issues such as mine, all the way to some serious internal body work repairs. I’m so glad to have made contact with Jon, and it’s a relief knowing I have a company such as his in the North Wales area to keep me on the road! Keep you the great work Jon (& team!) Phil

Top bloke is the owner. Services our van every year. Excellent job. Nothing is too much trouble.
New shop is well stocked and prices are good.

Brilliant, we had big problems with our Aldi heating system, we couldn’t get any heating or hot water and we kept getting warning signs coming up on the system. We got in touch with Caravanalia and We arranged a date for Jon to come and sort it. Unfortunately it needed replacements etc and Jon was open and upfront about what would be required. so we were happy to leave it with Jon to sort for us. We had wonderful reviews from people on our campsite about Caravanalia so were happy to leave in Jon’s care. Happy to say it has sorted it for us and we have heating and hot water again. Many thanks to Jon and his helpful colleagues.
