Please note, the prices on our website do not reflect the prices in store and due to delivery charges etc. being added to your basket upon checkout, we cannot match the price online. 

Please bear in mind that standard delivery is £2.99 extra and next day is £5.99 extra. For click and collect there is still a £1.00 service charge.

This incurs a £1.00 fee. 


All purchases are covered by our 30 day exchange or money back guarantee (excluding any carriage charges incurred). If you change your mind for whatever reason, return the unused item(s) in their original packaging to Caravanalia accompanied with the invoice and we will be pleased to offer you an exchange or refund .

Prices & VAT

All prices are displayed in £’s sterling and include VAT at 20%. The prices and terms & conditions set out in this website are correct at the time of publishing.  If there are occasions where there is an error with product details or pricing, we will do our best to inform you at the earliest opportunity when your order is placed. All products are subject to availability.

Our Guarantee

All our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 12 months from date of purchase unless otherwise specified excluding seconds.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund your money without question as long as the item is  unaltered, and in the original condition it was sent out, this excludes any postage paid*.

*FAULTY GOODS: If you are returning an item due to a fault ,and following an inspection by ourselves or in some cases our manufacturer, any delivery charges will be met after inspection of the item.


We aim to hold all items in stock, however should an item be more popular than we expected, there may be occasional delays when ordering.  Sometimes we may experience difficulties with the supply of certain products and may therefore provide a substitute of the same or better quality at no extra cost


Part Delivery / Damaged Goods

All your goods should arrive in perfect condition, however, if you do receive any goods that appear to be faulty or damaged, the company must be advised within 72 hours of receipt. If you contact us after the 72 hours, then unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange. This applies to any items that may appear to be missing, unless stated on the invoice that the item is currently out of stock.

If any items are not to be used straight away, we advise customers to check that these have been received in perfect condition and working order. 

Caravanalia will do everything possible to ensure your delivery arrives on time and intact, we will not accept responsibility for any additional expenses occurred due to late or incomplete deliveries.

Returns Procedure

All products purchased from us must be returned to our warehouse address.  All goods returned must be clearly labelled and have full documentation enclosed including reason for return. All returnable goods must be reported to us prior to its return. Goods returned without any notice will not be accepted.

Carriage charges are non refundable unless goods are found to be faulty or have a manufacturing defect. We will not accept returns if products have been altered or changed from their original specification.

All  goods must be returned at the senders expense.



Every effort has been made to ensure that the specifications given on this website are correct, however technical data, dimensions and weights and colours are a guide only.

Product specifications occasionally change, in such cases we will do our best to inform you when placing your order. All our sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure they are as accurate as possible.

Specifications of all products on our site may differ slightly to descriptions and the images provided, due to manufacturing updates and improvement

Quality and durability will not be compromised by any of those changes.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
